1st walkthrough?
Anyone can let the game idle while doing other things. Save 222? LOL! No way you only save every 4-5 hours. My game time is around 90 but in game says 74 at Save 168 currently. I call bullocks.

i grind and explore most of the time so avoid doing the main quests, so not saving often.
i literally only just started grinding on fighting and my saves are already up.
