Since its steam our only guess would be 7pm cet.
A dev cabt do anything about that, that is just the way steam works

Yeah, but, it’s ok. I don’t think, that it does matter, when you’ll start to play. 
The game won’t run away from us.

I’m curious if the Steam version will have Pre-Loads available so I can knock out the download in advance, so I can play immediately at release.

Alpha was on Steam too but it was almost next morning at Prague when they started sending keys and some backers didn’t get their keys for 3-6 more hours
What i wonder is if the main site is prepaired for potential heavy traffic on the 13th. All the backers loggin-on the moment the keys are rolling out. only to find that the site is unreachable becous of the heavy traffic. Are there steps taken to prevent this?
