I cannot find any pictures of the 3D model? Does anyone have it? or have they not released this with the collectors version?

I have the model in my backer profile.
It looks like the metal figurine that is included in collector edition.
There are several files - one containing whole assembled model (it consist of three parts: Henry himself, the stand and shield that can be attached to Henry’s back) and than several that will ease 3D printing for you. Like separate files for each part, the model with print supports and also all three parts with supports arranged to fit on build plate together.
