Same issue as other post about 11 days ago with similar title.
I’ve also encountered the same bug (except im on version 1.2 and on xbox one) where once you turn in the quest to the huntsman and you get the arrows and monies as reward the game freezes on dialogue screen with characters seemingly talking but you can not hear them ( ambient noises can be heard)
Word on the streets is the work around is to not save your game or load after completing the quest and to just turn it in to the huntsman immediately. (have not tried this myself yet so cannot confirm)
Best of luck to everyone on this & Devs please please please hear my cries (I absolutely love this game, well f**king done lads & lassies! < but the bugs really do frustrate me… & patience is a tough virtue for me lol)
