Will do. They are a bit rubbish due to the negative perk that limits experience. Actually around the same level my other Henry was before starting The Prey! (He did a bit of poaching first and ran all the way to Uzhitz.) But obviously I maxed out Maintenance about half way through the game.
I mostly didn’t do side quests except the nightingales because I wanted to beef up a little bit before the serious matters and I also used this playthrough to get Trial and Error (renewing Pribyslavitz without knowing how to read), so I did a bit of grinding to get enough means because I only had about 5k after the battle of Pribyslavitz. The loot from the camp when you come back is worth about another 5k, so I knew I needed at least another 13k to have enough to make it turn a profit. I cleared out the yard with 6 high level bandits near Skalitz when I was about level 5 - only because I kept waking up in Skalitz (somnambulant), so I thought why not. I lured them out one by one, ran across the bridge and between the buildings and riposted them to death.

This Hardcore mode is not complete. WH must have forgotten to include the HARDCORE sex scenes with the women as incentives.
