A bit of suggestion on this game, especially the unarmed combat system, I think it would be nice if we could have some grappling move or jiu-jitsu in the unarmed combat system just like yakuza game or sleeping dogs.

How about… no? If you have not noticed yet, this game takes place in medival bohemia. This is not a Jackie Chan simulator so there is no reason to implement ninja moves in the game.

Do you know that hema is not about the sword fighting, it do consist of certain level of grappling skills too, especially against those wear like a solid metal tin can, just like jiu-jitsu or kobujutsu are specially designed for armour wearing close hand to hand combat in the war field when swords are all broken, arrows are totally used up. Not just jackie chan stunts, those are “comedified” “san-da”(mixture of fist fighting, kicking and jiu-jitsu). Even in our era, soldiers were trained for closed quarter combat skills
Why not? Knights start to use grappling or jiu-jitsu skills to kill their enemies. Even those Chinese grappling skills or Japanese kobujutsu were specially designed to kill those enemies who wear full armour in the war field. You can even find some grappling move in hema combat system.

Dude, it seems like you totaly misunderstood the intention behind the game. The game is based on a true story and - as I told before - takes place in medival bohemia. The developers want to be as realistic and close to the history as possible. So why should they add features that don´t fit in this setting. That would make the whole point of being a realistic game useless and stupid.

Hema is a traditional martial art in Czech area, it’s already there since the medieval time, it’s not just pure sword fighting but including hand combat and grappling and tackling. You still think cqc or close quarter combat is a privilege for peoples in our time? Swords and armors are super expensive in medieval times, without those techniques, it will definitely exhausting your swords and armors lifespan. Still don’t get it?

Japanese jiu-jitsu, Chinese grappling(qin na), russian systema and the hema are actually specially designed to deal with armored enemies. And all of them can be found during the medieval times in the history. Lol. Why you are having a prejudice to jiu-jitsu?

Clearly you’re the one in the wrong. What the Developers promised us is a world where you can fully customize your character, where you can cast magic spells, where you can construct your own house in your own town that you’re the mayor of, flying dragons, hot coffee mini-games, mix martial arts, and spaceships! How difficult is that to understand?! Seriously… jiu-jitsu is really the LEAST that someone could ask!

Well, I didn’t dream that far, I just feel that it’s just showing the swordfighting part in hema is quite a shame, based on the records, you can hit your opponent with the crossguard, striking opponent with pummel and even the jiu-jitsu or the grappling skills in the fight
