I remember seeing videos of carriage riders on the the road and going through towns but I dont see any anywhere. Also weren’t the citizens supposed to run to take cover in the rain, they never do for me. They just sit out in the downpour sewing and stuff.
They were probably in the early build of the game and were possible removed due to time restrictions on development or internal errors. I’m possitive mods will coime out for this. There is a mod like this on Skyrim “Wet & Cold” I think it is called. So we will most likely have mods like this later on.
Yeah, not a huge issue, like Emothic said ^above, mods will help with little things like that. I’d rather the devs focus on expansions to continue on the main story lol.
