"a game that doesnt hold your hand" more like a studio that doesnt care

I opened a support ticket on the 26th of february. Ive still yet to get a response. I’ve had to create an entirely new character, just to be overwhelmed with yet more bugs hindering progression. Ive had to restart the monastry quest and just straight up sneak in and kill him because there was no other way. I’ve had to get past guards ringing the alarm halfway through being stealth killed whilst breaking into talmberg. But what I CANNOT do, is fathom how there is no way hans capon doesnt get shot when breaking into talmberg, how literally 20 guards spawn IMMEDIATELY from nowhere, and how hans capon calls for help every ten seconds, but hasnt spawned anywhere for me to help him- not only is this game buggy as heck, the support team offer nothing! And its a game with a linear story line- hans has to get shot, you cant save radzig, you cant enter the rooms and take out the guards. This game has been a complete LIE on what we were promised, and trying to play through this buggy mess is becoming genuinely depressing.

tldr; is there any mechanism for people who invested in the kickstarter years ago to get any money back?

No, I dont think so - thats the downside of kickstarter you should’ve known

Some of the stealth mechanics are not working correctly. Hopefully this will be fixed, somewhat soon.
Also, patches are incoming. They’ve already released a few, and 1.3 is on it’s way.

There’s a fair amount of complaints in the forum. Some of them are constructive, other not so much. It’s mostly all in the delivery.

Response times vary. I’ve received 2 human replies: one email sent Feb 16th got reply Mar 8th; other email sent Feb 22nd got reply Feb 23rd. Others still waiting.

What was your problem with talmberg?

potential spoilers but later in the game you break into talmberg when its under siege… anyways, the guards would raise the alarm halfway through me stealth killing them, and whilst youre trying to escape, Hans didnt actually spawn anywhere for me to help me, only a good 20 guards trying to kill me

When i did that mission, i too raised alarm first time, but realized it was another guard. I waited for him to do his round then quickly took out the first guard then the second.

In my game hans fell into a heap of other bodies as i was killing them i had to use a torch to see his lazy ass. He still bled out because it took too long.
