If you had the same problem as I did on pc when I first played this in regards to textures loading in too slow on people clothes I found this out that solves that issue plus many more issues with the game too.
Simply press the ~key which is on the left next to the number one key this brings up the console now type in the following exactly how I’ve typed it.
r_TexturesStreamingMipBias -6
Press return and this should have fixed your issue.

Yep, good advice, too bad we can’t have a sticky post with a compendium for all fixes, workaround and tweaks for optimize and stabilize the game in its current state.
I work with r_TexturesStreamingMipBias -3 as higher-digit values seems to be more demanding. A value of -1 or -2 may be enough for majority of users, thus I’ll give a try with yours 
To avoid having to use the console each and every time, paste this line into a user.cfg file in your install directory, and add +exec user.cfg in launch options of the game (in steam) to be sure your settings will be used.
im pretty sure cryEngine supports windows ’ clipboard function…
For ease of use/Testing, you should be able to highlight and “ctrl - c” the command text in the op, load the game, open the console and then simply hit ctrl- v to paste it instead of typing.
Dont forget to press enter.
My only problem with these commands is if they really do improve things surely the professionals would know this about there own engine. Be nice if they could churp in and let everyone know wether these commands help or don’t help. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure it fixes the problem you guys are having but how do you know it’s not fucking something else up.
You should not have to resort to optimising the game yourselves at all.
Do any of you really understand these commands ? It’s like the texture streaming mod, I swear to go they just start throwing in any old command that’s has specific words like texture stream or ram in.
I know there the engine docs that list commands, im just skeptical about these things

Do a search for Kingdom Come Nexus - all kinds of mods there including unlimited saving.
Download the file. Use something like 7Zip to open the compressed archive and copy the file into your /data folder in the game directory.
For me r_TexturesStreamingMipBias - 2 works much better…
