i already done a man of the cloth quest but there are no inhabitants in rovna except one guy who gives you the quest.i have been waiting for 2 weeks.
There won’t be. He is just there to give you the quest.
The total inhabitants are 2. Him and the priest( if you did the mission).
Mebbe in some future DLC will handle restocking the village tho I doubt it.
