FYI I’m doing this fritz and Matthew quest line post the main story and I want to get them to go to Privyslavitz. I have completed all quest lines leading up to it, but it won’t pop. Have completed: a friend in need/a costly brawl/masquerade/besmirched…so after completing besmirched a rock and a hard place/gallows brothers is supposed to pop, but nothing happens. I have met all the armor requirements and both fritz and Mathew are dressed up in it. I have tried speaking to both of them but there is no dialog option to start the quest.
What am I doing wrong? Have I missed something? Or is it bugged?
