Make galloping through the city a criminal offense(historically accurate) and give the guards orders to enforce it by unhorsing Henry with a pole arm. Problem solved. It would be really cool if they could add a cut scene with Hanush cussing Henry out as he is having his shoulder sown back together. Then give Henry a three week(in game) physical handicap. 
Maybe just for the new Hardcore mode.
