Please can someone help me. I’ve tried playing this 3 times today. Everytime I get to the opening scene where her father is asleep on the bench and the screen freezes and just sits there. I cant play it at all. I’m on ps4.
Hi there I am Henry and I also play Kingdom Come Deliverance. you could say its like real life to me xD
And I am also on ps4 so I know your pain, tho I had no issues wwith cutscenes like some people do. But I have an idea or even two you could try 
#Check if the game and ps4 has all the upfates installed it somtmes help and also did you try holding circle to skip all cutscenes ?

i having the same problem and now all i can do is doing other quest and ignore this quest
