About merchants economy

I have a question.

I realized that the vendors have a maximum cap. of money.
Sometimes when I come from a hunt, I cannot sell everything in 1 vendor as they do not have money enough to pay me, so I loose a lot of time travelling to different vendors in order to sell all my sh*t.

My question is, does this max. money cap. reset every game-day? How does it work?
Where do you use to sell the items you get from bandits hunts?

/Thanks

As you sell to a trader their wealth will increase. Such that they sell you’re items for profit and thus have more money. One of my traders that I sell everything to as a wealth of 25k now. I just keep going to only one trader so it’s easier.

Also I have a tier 5 horse with all noble gear, Gold spurs and 14 horsemanship. My horse has basically infinite stamina so running across the map by galloping is no big deal.

But how?
I mean, I go to a vendor, he has cap. of 200 gold.
I sell 2 pieces to him in valor of 200gold. He has no more gold.

How does he reset this gold capacity?

I think maybe everyday it resets/increases. Though some traders seem to do differently. If it helps I sell EVERYTHING to the horse trader in Uzhitz, unlike some specific traders like armourer, he buys everything.

Thanks buddy, will do from now and will post results

Uzhitz is basically my hub , though I ride to Sasao to repair my gear because they have good artisans. Some blacksmiths can’t repair fully damaged gear, but the one in Sasao can

@Elvisbal My traders wealth is up to 35k now

Make sure you haggle and unlock Final Offer and Silver Tongue in your speech perks. The base of my value there was 4K, I haggle for 4750!

I sell to different merchants in Ratay. Only problem is that the Swordsmith isn’t recovering his groschen. It’s been a long time since he’s been sitting at 0. Either it’s a bug or just selling things to them without buying is screwing their economy.

I believe that’s an honest bug, because the Head Groom in Uzhitz replenishes fine.

I think some traders work fine and others are bugged a bit. Just like the trader sitting in Talmberg, still sitting at zero Groschen

I must have that bug with the main trader. He only every has 200 and i sell to him many times. I got all this gear on my horse but never anyone to sell it to. The trader is the only one i sell weapons and armor because the armorer and weapons shops only buy them for cheap, trader gives more. I think my economy is broken though, no one has much money on them and never more than a few hundred now. Gonna check out the horse traders and see how they fair.

Lol, this npc on mine has 400 gold only cap xD Im fucked up. Will try to sell and go the day after

Perhaps it’s just a bug. For each player perhaps the bug affects different merchants. Try other traders. Horse merchants will purchase everything, as well as just general traders. Try those in particular

Yup, he only had 400 cash but he was buying the items to me to very low price, like 20g for items that worth 200g and so… but anyway, sold to him just to check tomorrow.

I use the swordsmith in Rattay as well, but he’s restting daily. I guess you just got a bug. I believe the miller was out of coin for like a week of in game time for me. Idk if it was a bug but he resets more often now.

Do you know if the silver tongue perk is only if you haggle for more money? Bc i tipped a guy a few thousand and my speech didn’t gain any experience at all. I haven’t tried it the other way yet bc I just noticed this a lil bit ago. Got most traders in Rattay to 100 rep now though. So haggling should start making me a ton extra in Groschen’s

same to me, a week after, miller seems its ok now

I’m a ripe pinch purse haven’t tested to see. But you just tested it yourself.

The military shoes give faster gallop speed for your horse where did you get the tier 5 at? I only see tier 4 when i go to buy. But i stole a horse for a miller early game it was the white warhorse in mierjohd (i butchered that name) i and idk if it was a tier 5 or not but it had the best stats their when i was inspecting them. Also any tips for horseback fighting my guy never hits anybody unless they’re fleeing…

I got my tier 5 st Uzhitz, and honestly I would avoid horse combat unless you’re an archer
