Perhaps AI should buy new clothes if you steal them from them… Its a little odd having everyone walking around in little more than rags…
I agree that the NPC’s shouldn’t all be wearing damaged clothes.
Clothing wasn’t for sale “off the rack” like today but hand made and cared for. I think It was the tuber Metatron pointed out that people back then repaired their clothing and some pieces were passed down over time.
