The alchemy shop is always locked. All times of the day. Cant get in, cant trade with him, nothing. Im on Xbox One, anyone else have this problem >_< ?
This just started for me yesterday. I haven’t been back since to see if anything’s changed.
It was for me too, but I think I recall that after I did the quest to learn how to read in the far Northeast town, I think that’s when it became available.
