After 1.3.4 I started to prepare 3 poitions instantly, but I do not have the perk allowing this ability yet.
You haven’t learned yet how to make potions automatically? Or did you learn it, but the button is greyed out?
With 1.3.3 i had to craft a single potion manually, before i was able to craft it automatically.
I have not learned the auto-making poitions yet. I have quite low alchemy skill, but each time I make a poition, 3 of them are added to my inventory.
