Alchemy table flying

I have a bug that when I interact with an alchemy table (specifically the table at the herbalists hut west of Uschitze), I just fly up through the roof, up into the sky. If I exist the table I fall straight down, mostly resulting in death. everything else works fine.
I remember it happened after I unlocked the chest of the herbalist left of the table. I found the recipe for this lotion the witches used in the quest of pater Godwin.
No I cannot use the table anymore. I have not yet tried other tables, but some people have the bug as well. if you go to YouTube and search for “kingdom come alchemy fly” you will see.

Can I fix this somehow?

Got the same issue after trying the very same table without interacting with the chest first. Just used the alchemy table and started to fly, not sure if all tables are like this, I’ll go on a limb and guess not as that would likely be noted fairly quick by anyone testing alchemy in the game prior.

But this table specifically set me back a good three hours of game time to my last save… :frowning:

I have also encountered this bug on Xbox One. It happened once then reloaded and was ok then I went to use the alchemy table again and the bug happened again and has persisted. This only seems to happen at the alchemy table with the herbalist at the forest west of Uzhitz

View going up after Herbal Table bug. It was great till I hit escape and plunged to my death!

I also encountered this issue without engaging with the chest. I am using the PC version.

I to have this bug. I have interacted with chest and picked it clean AND slept in the bed b4 trying the alchemy table and i still flew into the air. also i went through the dialog and got the quest to speak to the town women b4 trying the table.

Yup, just got this at the “witch” as well. Playing on PC. So frustrated now so please excuse the rant; every day I sit down with this game I loose several hours just because I get stuck in a door and get killed by guards (Rathouse cellar) or something like this happens or something else. And it doesn’t feel like it’s worth the bother because my save will probably be corrupted eventually. I’m done with this stupid, broken game till it’s fixed. Better to quit it now so it won’t leave such a bad lasting impression that I’ll never want to return to it, because I do see the potential here. I want to get lost in this world hours on end.

And thinking about all of the big, big game breaking bugs people are having I remember the Arkham Knight PC release which was recalled for being poorly optimised, but still playable. They should definitely remove this game from digital storefronts and get it sorted out before it hurts their name and brand too much.

Still encountering this bug on PC. Basically preventing me from using any alchemy table.

In my case it helped me to unequip the shield I was wearing …
