My character is a permanent alcoholic since the beginning of the game, today I was clearing my inventory and drank an unknown potion I had that’s when the miracle happened: it cured my alcoholism! I don’t know if it was a total coincidence because I wasn’t able to reproduce the effect by loading a previous save. Worth a try anyway!
