After some fails I finally succeed!
I really like the way alchemy works.
Sadly… only one recipe for now
I try to get rich selling my potion… no luck the seller is too poor.
Cant wait to try other potion!!
*** Look like i was wrong… i find another recipe for archery potion but i just cant do this one

How’d you get it to work??
When you got everything… ***And you have talked to the poisoned farmer after that talk with old woman beside alchemy place.
You find the good recipe. (the one who cure poisoning)
***When looking the recipe hit Y it show you how to do it!
Press enter to prepare everything.
First you use wather.
You add 2 shot of thistles
You press Q(*3 times) to have wather boiling.
Just after that hit W turn the ourglass. (Do it twice)
After that you add one shot of nettles…(probably have to hit Q again) boil for one turn of ourglass.
Let the fire cool… than you add the charcoal!
You take the little bottle on the left and press E on the couldron to fill it.
It should say you have succeed your potion.

it just shows a blank site when I press Y (or Z)
and I did it like you described but it did not say suceed and I dont have the potion
didnt say fail either like another time I tried with my own recipe
You have to go talk to the poisoned farmer first.
After you talk to the old woman at the alchemy place.
She show you how…
If you dont know you need the potion… you cant ask it at the old woman.
So she cant show you how to do it.

the time skip is not working either for some reason or I did something wrong …
dont know if I oversee something or if its a bug
If the toturial start when you press E around the alchemy bench you should be good.
If not i guess it wont work… As i understand this… the tutorial is the old woman teaching you how to do potion.
maybe thats the problem… I dont have a tutorial starting
I suggest you restart.
Get ingredient;
Talk to the sick farmer.
Talk to the old woman…
She ask 3 coin for her teaching you.
So keep trying talking to her till she said she show you.
She ask if you have all the stuff… then your good to go 
*** Tutorial… its only a small window not realy helpfull. You just need to see it.
For those who may find it useful.
0.4 Map update for Samopesh
Re-designed the legend (again).
Added a glow to the map markers so they would show better.
Removed playble area border - may add it again in another update.
Each marker is Representative of small groupings (except the thistle) so each location will give you several herbs.
This is not every location of the plants just a general coverage, everything you need to make each potion and then some.
Currently St. Johns wart and bright eye are only available through the Shop thus the shop marker. You can also find for of each in a chest hidden in the forest near the herbalists hut.
The blacksmith sells coal.
