Not sure if it already has been posted but when I change the input settings from PC to XBox Controller the written text in the conversations is vanishing.
So you can start a conversation but don´t see what anyone is saying or which option to choose.
Setting it back to PC brought the text back.
Of course there will be audio dialogue. 
Yes, “the new game” bug is already known. Thank you It is better to start the new game by quitting it completely and start again.
Animation bug : If you jump when you stand , and press W when feet touch the floor you can do a slide . The same way you can do it backward left and right.
Encumbrance not correct - torch weights 30, 23 arrows weight 23, total weight Henry is able to carry is 50 ? See the inventory for yourself. Seems a bit off, I am no Hercules and I suppose I could carry 100 arrows easily 
The arrow is still nocked wrong way (turn it 180 degrees, with feather OFF the bow, not on the bow).
After shooting more than 22, archer does not want to bet anymore (maybe not a bug, who would want to wager against hawkeye ? 
)
Also, butterflies should not fly at night
Torch Glitch
Repeatability: High
If you unequip the torch with 1 while it is already out it hangs in midair wherever it was last. I have a video Ill upload in the morning.
in this picture I was using the bastard sword console command so the torch is in the sheathed position. will make more sense when I post the video.
I tested this with and without the console commands.

Another thing I just noticed.
When you drop from 0.1 to 0.9 coins, it appears on the ground as a cube.
When you drop 1 coin, it appears as “Brown hood” which is actually white.
When you drop 1.1 or more coins, it appears as hammer

This red flowers don’t wave in the wind like other vegetation. The place is situated near the river under the smithy.

It’s not a bug but a feature called motion blur
And yes, I also wish the authors made an on/off switch for this in the settings (even for console versions)
there is topic on console commands and motion blur can be disabled. (r_motionblur 0)
OK, it’s an alpha now, but I would like to have a settings switch in the final version on both PC and console. Modifications through hacks or console commands are usually not supported by the good people of Sony (or Mircrosoft)

Yeah I found an Npc on top of a wood pile walking int a wall, he then did a movement like passing over a fence and passed though it
The bowls at the bottom are inside each other.
The woman sat in the corner and walks just through the men to get more mash. In the future they should not be able to stand up if there’s one in the way. Also this man accidently put his hand into his food. That can happen when you’re old.
