You know what would be nice to have in the Alpha? An option to save while playing the demo, so those of us who may not have time during the day to play through the whole thing in one sitting can stop and come back later without having to start all over again. Double bonus for not having to start from scratch if you crash out.
I think there already was an autosave feature implemented and a Continue button below New Game. I could be wrong though.
You are right.
When you quit from the game, you can continue this session by “continue” option when you start the game later.
I have found that when you want to save you have to go to the menu and quit, while in game.
What does this mean for those of us who click “Continue” and see nothing but the very same start point from a new game?
Even when I try to go to the menu and “Quit Game” to allow it to save, the game just crashes. I spent 30 minutes getting into quests just to have my game crash and now I cannot access where I left off. Really discouraging.
