I try steal items or money from chests and pocket sometimes kill ppl with knife and im 100% sure nobody see me. i spent hours on steal and silent killing, ALWAYS when i do it more than 5-6 times guards recognize me as thief or killer i do it at night, stats - noise - 15 and visib, consp - 34

Its pretty logical to be honest.

One thing annoys me is that wherever I go people say “hello Henry”. I have never even met them!

I have this issue two. My reputation is good and have not been in jail yet. I have two perks in stealth and am level 5 in stealth. I really think this is a bug and people can see me in the pitch black when I have dark cloths and I have had a bath and I don’t make noice. NPCs are way to smart or they just know where you are always like those old call of duty games. (Every single solider shoots at you and not other NPCs, or they come out of know where and shoot you)
