Every time I open the game, a notification pops up, and sais I got compatibility issues with Amd Gaming Evolved. Anybody knows how to fix this?

you have radeon relive now!
Raptr never did good to any pc, so they shut it down 
uninstall, do it clean, maybe with ddu. and look for new software for your card.
