Yes, should work. It is not the best computer, but you should be able to run the game on low settings. 
First few post here, but it looks like my Core 2 Quad is probably going to struggle huh? Looks like time for a new upgrade or something.
Yes, this is below the minimum requirements. Maybe it will run anyway but we can´t guarantee about it here.
