Pls look at your lokal steamsite, there are the specs. I guess it should run but i am quite not sure how well.
My guess on lowest settings maybe just run able. Like less than 45fps and I think I’m being extremely generous. Your hold back is the gpu as they recommend a 1060.

Barely. You need upgrade. Your CPU is just enough. Your GPU is below minimum required and RAM is ok.

yes, but a little more RAM would be good too since 8gb is minimum… depending on your budget

Yes, the 1050 ti is good you should be able to run it on high, but if you can I recommend going to a 1060 if you have the money it will be alot better
