you should know the age of most of the fighters make them too young to have been trained by the CIA during the russian invasion . the commander yes . most of the fighters were farmers after the rewards of killing our blokes .

When ever you see Taliban they usually look old as fuck grey beards. They also could ahve been trained by there parents who were taught by the cia.
I would have expected someone who genuinely cares about the subject to understand the idea of hereditary military tradition.Though most of the original trainees died of old age (or bullets 
) or are too old to continue conducting ops, they did recruit new members. And these new members, while most having no military background, could have easily been trained by the original members thus ensuring the tactics and techniques would survive beyond the original membersâ lifespans.
No solid proof but enough circumstantial evidence to make a good case.

No one is saying every civilian should be armed ive simply stated facts that places where there is a higher percentage of civilian gun ownership there is less crime. Also its just tootsie pop not tootsie roll pop.
