Archery competition guy bug

So i’m trying to do the archery competition, but the guy just keeps shouting at me don’t move a muscle. When i try to talk to him, he says i dont want to talk to you or something. It’s like ive stolen stuff, but i haven’t. I even started a new game, cause I want to challenge this comp. but he continues the same rant.

Its sort of funny the way he is shouting at me from such a close proximity to me, like he has gone insane.

anyway, this may just be me but it happened and im assuming it isnt suppose to lol

After I killed some guards (no one saw me and i wasnt marked as a criminal) same happened to me. After I killed even more of that scum because I was pissed even the peasants in Samopesh wouldnt talk with me. I couldnt complete my quest so my cuman blood grew strong and I killed every damn peasant in that village.

I’ve noticed that the guy with the red hat falls into this category if you kill him before he reaches Samopesh. Interestingly, no one cares if you kill him once he reaches Samopesh and you call him out for being rude, as long as you’re not seen doing it.

Just restart the game and try again. Keep back ups of your saves if you want to kill people for their gear, but not alienate anyone.
