So is anyone else unable to interact with the archery master in rattay? I noticed this issue with 1.3
You can still talk to him bit he no longer has any other dialogue option other than asking the general things about rattay. So no competition sign up 
itâs fair to note that I have barely done any main quest stuff on this character is there a chance that you have to be officially associated with the rattay guard to be able to play the archery game?
There is a quest where you will have to do one competition at the archery of Rattay, but I think after you completed the quest with training and guarding Rattay you will be able to do âshoot-outsâ.
I am having issues with my competitors in the archery contest not firing all arrows so that the contest cannot conclude. Have also at times not been given enough arrows myself or arrows are invisible on the bow.
those competitions are bugged - like 90% of the stuff in this game 
you can reload, wait 2 hrs or start the tournament until it works or wait like at least 6 months until this product is finished⊠if ever. next time, donât buy broken/incomplete products and donât pre-order
Iâve done at least 60 archery competitions (all 3) and never had an issue as mentioned. What platform are you all on?
