Playable? Yes, depending on your willingness to deal with bugs.
Most bugs/glitches fixed? No, not yet. Many are, several are not, and some new ones caused by the last patch are now having to be squashed, as well.
It’s playable for sure, I just don’t feel you get the best experience playing in the current state.
