Are sidequets missable? (Completionist Trophy)

So I understand that some quests are timed (But only when you pick them up.)… But are there sidequests that are tied to the main story, and if you continue the main story, some sidequests will just magically disappear? You can’t just beat the main story and do every single sidequest? Also I’m seeing that some sidequests are tied to completely no name npcs like the villager who had the “A man of the cloth” sidequest. And that guy was just in the middle of no where and also had no star indicator on the map showing he was a quest giver… I thought this npc was a bug at first but it seems you had to beat the awakening mainquest for you to be able to talk to him… So I have a feeling the game was designed this way.

So with that said, if this is actually true… I’ll be honest here, I’m a bit of trophy / achievement collector, if I can’t get that completionist trophy. My motivation level to keep on playing this will have dropped from about 90% to about 5%. This is a 200+ hour game, you should be able to do everything in one playtrough.

welp I know for sure you’ll have at least two playthroughs then, one to get the virgin achievement and one for the sinner. Otherwise, I’ve had some side quests open for several weeks time and haven’t had anything disappear on me yet. It seems like only the more main quests have time lines, like the issue with Neuhof right after Rattay. If you make captain bernard wait eventually they’ll just go on without you. But there was a little side quest “beggar’s feast” from one of the refugees from skalitz that I accepted and just let sit for a long time until it was convenient to go get the stuff and bring it back to him. There’s also a quest “playing with the devil” in Uzhitz where you’ll get to a part that needs to occur in the evening. Even though in the quest details it says to try again the next night if you choose not to go again the next night you don’t fail the quest and i’m still waiting to finish up some other things before going back up there to finish it. (even though i’ve read some articles and that quests apparently sets takes you on quite the intersting ride.)

i know of one side quest that was cancelled for me as i progressed through the main quest, however i did also get a prompt at one point that warned me about the possibility of that happening.
