I’ve seen the scripting Youtube videos, but those don’t really seem to be what I’m looking for. At least, not right away. I’d like to do things like create and modify perks, change item stats, tweak inventory UI, and stuff like that. Also, how do you publish/compile your mod when it’s done?
Can anyone help a guy out?
