There seems to be far more on warhorses plate for additional content like that to be much of a concern however should the games initial success possible future player base be substantial it is likely we might see interesting additions come and go.

Specialized jousting armour in a game without jousting? And, btw, the examples are from at least 50yrs after Wenceslas IV. #2 is from Maximilian I., earliest possible 1470. And besides drawn by Wendelein Boeheim in the 1900s.

that’s an icon which is part of the ui, not a coat of arms. even if the game was set in the right era, you wouldn’t wear that outside of tournaments anwyay
A futuristic coat of arms, alright. But only a helmet. No fixed targes, lance hooks and double suspended breastplates here, no crane to lift the guy on his horse…
It would NOT make the game better if they added late 15th and 16th century jousting tournaments, imo. Or would you suggest a jousting harness in stead of the field/rider harness that is already available (and somewhat questionalble)?
Maximilian Is Stechzeug may have weighed close to 50kg. A proper full plate armour is less than 30kg, with way better weight distribution (center of gravity is relatively high for jousting armours).
I agree, it looks badass. But it would not fit for our favourite potatoe knight Henry, would it?

But this armor can make the gameplay more diverse in terms of complexity.
A large mass will not allow you to move quickly.
A helmet will not allow you to have good visibility…
On the contrary, a helmet will review very small. (the smallest sector of the review in the game)
And the armor will protect all parts of the body from any weapon, even from the polearm

The weight of the armor was 54.2 kg.
