Armorsmiths are penniless!

Help!! Both armotsmiths in rattay and sassau are penniless. Zero cash! Both Masta Ota and the other one who sings. And poor Henry and his horse are overloaded with junk that he’s taken off dead people (legally!!) and I can’t sell it very well elsehere. And I NEED money since this From Ashes DLC.

They aren’t replenishing as usual. I’ve waited days, I’ve travelled up and down and all over the place and they are still penniless!

Everyone else is fine though. Tailors, trade shops etc. etc

Has anyone else had this problem? It seems to have happened to me since installing From Ashes.

Have you broken in to their storage areas and had a look in their trunks? It’s possible the cash is in there, just not showing for the trading part?

If not, I’ve found Zora in Neuhof and the herbalist in Rattay to be the best people to sell almost everything to, including weapons and armour.

Ah good to know about Zora. I’ve sold stuff to the charlatan in Sassau as well and i have used the apothecary in rattay but not very convenient. Especially as they often only have 1k at the most maybe 2 and i have about… 10k with of junk piling up thanks to those well clad bandits who keep ganging up on me.

My Henry is a good boy, he doesn’t break into chests! As such my lock picking skill is pretty poor.

have to primed the pump? i’m not noticing a decline in ability to trade for vast sums with vendors outside of Pribyslavitz. in fact, just sold off over 10K in loot to Marta and alehouse maid

Ah, understood about the lockpicking.

With enough trading, the Rattay apothecary chap I think has had circa 5k at some points to buy stuff from me. The saddle worker in the DLC at Pribyslavitz is already up to 8k! But I steal and sell almost constantly.

What an i doing wrong, haha, i do sell quite a lot, mostly the the armour chap in rattay… But no one has got that much money in my game. But it’s never been 0.

don’t know exactly. seems like if you don’t trade for a while, their treasury empties. so i try to go back to the various vendors and sell a little at first. and then, more and more. then, one they have over 50k. i make rounds. this time to Ota. next time to singing blacksmith. after that, Rattay tailor. next, Ledetchko blacksmith, and so on.

just primed the Pribyslavitz blacksmith to have over 40k

But I do sell quite a bit too there people so I don’t know why it has stopped overnight. It has to be a big as it is only the armour people at the mo. But i still don’t get that much money out of others. I shall perhaps try selling a bit more to others as well.

odd. not sure what to tell you.

with new/low cash tailors and armorsmiths, i’ll get gear repaired. it adds an infusion of groschen, and i get a now fully repaired Noble cuirass (for example) to add to my collection. aiming to create kit sets (15 archer kits, 15 axeman kits, etc) with top in class gear. that way, if we can ever assign gear assignments to NPC (guards), I’m ready… and all my vendors are well compensated and wealthy enough to handle the next loot harvest

I shall get shine great repeated maybe and leave the money there see if it grows.

But i find it odd that the armour people are suddenly 0 when i will be needing to recruit them very soon to my new village. Hopefully a fixable solution.

I about i don’t really need to buy much from them any more.

My trader had only 200 Groschen at start, now he has thousand and another trader had 3k. After few days and shopping, they seem to be more useful.

DONT ever sell to them. ONLY sell to miller peshak. his amount he can buy will always go up. i also sell him 1-2 k over his limit. by giving him a little extra i think it helps build him up. to get to 100k took me about 4-5 days irl

ps : when that dlc came out i dropped 400k into that box. i dont even think i used up 100k to build the whole village. any1 with the dlc did you go over 100k when u were building?

I have spent around 90k.

Not to my knowledge, I build the bridge, trader and tavern very early on. To avoid high costs and made rathaus and church upgrades last.
In the end the town build itself.

it could be that some of the buildings i didnt pick could cost more, but i should have said i have all the buildings u can have in ur town with all the improvements and i dont think i went over 100k.

me here bro I’m in deep :poop: can’t build my town

The Master Smith Ota? In Sassau has very little money.
The blacksmith in Sassau, on the other hand, had over 5000 Goshen the last time I visited him.
I sold him lot of stuff!

Never mind it started working thank you.
