Hey Guys. As every lover for the stealth combat i decided to make an Assasin in the game. I met a lot of troubles during my “assassination” tutorial such as increasing 5th lvl of the stealth and so on.Right now i meat one more problem . I learned perk about instant killing at the lvl5 ( i guess everybody knows it) and went for my first mission killing leader of the rougues. So here is the question, why i cant kill/make unconcious the guy that is standing still whenever im crouching? What am i doing wrong? i can pick pocket him but not kill or stangle, Hlep me

Killing requires a dagger and the perk
i was behind him, he was standing still near the tree
