Note*I just want to get 60 fps at the best setting without sacrificing much resolution
No chances to get 60 fps on ultra even on Full HD. You at least need 1060, but better to have 1070. But, i don’t recommend to buy now video cards, cus of miners.

I don’t want to play on ultra to me medium is ok but I just want to know if I could crank it to high or the mixture of both
I guess, only with mixture. But, i can’t tell you for sure, cus no one have tested the game as you can see. Just wait for 9 days and you’ll know. But, i dare to say, that with mixture of both you’ll be able to find solution.

1060 is probably recommended for high, so expect low and medium mixture.
