If you bought on the Kickstarter or Warhorse page, Steam or from the XB1 or PS4 official stores (the last two only in the past few days) then you are a ‘backer’, and will get the bonus items.
Deep Silver have control over whether orders via other stores ‘count’, but they may not have made a decision on this yet.
