Bad customer relations from Peter Novak at warhorse

I sent a message to support recently and asked if the textures and pop’in would be addressed in a future update, and if it was even possible to patch. Here is his exact response.

I find this answer horrible. He didn’t answer the question and pretty much put the blame on me. I want to play this game but on PS4 it is almost unplayable. I don’t understand why Peter is working in this position if he can’t give a concerned response. Not a good look for warhorse as a whole

I don’t even get a response.
The latest patch messed up my game even worst than it was.

This studio seems to be way over its head in it. Bunch of good willing people, but with none true management.
