for me the Bad Blood get’s stuck at the scene where the guy stands on his horse

Same Problem.
This one i solved by restarting from the autosave at the beginning of the ride and FF an hour. By this they ride to the the house and i could go on in the quest…
to just get bugged at the burned house where i could find the hints but could not talk with Kuno about the findings -.-’
Aaaaand solved also this by just stand in front of the hint at the wall and waiting one hour before clicking it, could also be the save and load in front of which helped…
yeahh I tried to restart I loaded it again and restarted the game nothing helped 
the simply save and load doesn’t work. I had to use in in-game wait function for 1hour or 2hours before the NPCs stopped to skip the part in you screenshot where he is mentioning the smoke. then i could ride to the houses and everything else worked

UHHH I just tried it again today loaded the save and it suddenly worked

Should he be standing?? Was just sitting on my game.
