I keep hearing that “bandits won’t show up” but they did…just they are not hostile and just walk around randomly sometimes. Its happened 3 times now. Im thinking about attacking them.
I fear u will lose reputation. Sometimes i can find a bandit among the guards at random encounters. If i attack them, the guards will turn on me
