Bandits respawning in Rattay

Hey guys,
after completing the “my friend Tommy” quest I keep having to kill the bandits in Rattay, but after the first encounter now only two of them spawn every single time. (I tricked the bandits into going to the Rattay tavern to search for Tommy)
It’s not different bandits every time but the exact same two bandits. (these two that can be seen in this video -> https://youtu.be/fZ_LoZx16cQ)
Anyone else who has experienced this and has any suggestions on how to fix it?
I’ve tried reinstalling, validating local files, playing with and without mods etc.

EDIT: I have 93 hours of gameplay if that is of any interest and I have killed these bandits like 15 times and they keep killing the people of Rattay.
Soon there will be no people left in Rattay, haha…

This quest is bugged and I have similar issues with the bandits. First I think it’s very unlogical that the guards let them simply running into Rattay without to stop them at the gate and ask who they are and what they want. They let bandits, criminals and murders simply running into their town!

The next unlogical thing is why the bandits searching Tommy (in my german version the name is Timmy) in the tavern, while I said he was at the butcher?

And the major problem is when the bandits arrived at the tavern, they all standing into each other and don’t speak to me and I can’t speak to them:

In my game, I found one of these bandits in Rattay at the tavern. He sit outside at a table. No other people at there. Than, I found inside the tavern the dead body of a waitress. And when another people arrived, the bandit killed him.

Im sure, the bandit killed there everybody before. A guard saw it and than fought with him. The guard and I killed together him.

I thought, I killed all the bandits at the mill. But before, I told them to go to Rattay…

Yes that would’ve been great if I hadn’t progressed so far in the game before noticing it. Will do that on my 2nd playthrough though.

Yes the same thing happened to me, people keep dying around the tavern even though I kill the same bandits over and over they just keep respawning.

Yeah it started out just like you show in the picture. There is a workaround though, just stand next to them and stare at them for some time, maybe 2-5 minutes (it differs from time to time) and they’ll start attacking you and you can kill them or let the guards do the dirty work!
Just be aware that it might bug so that if you hit the bandits first the guards will arrest you after they’re all dead. seems to be some kind of bug or something.
