I can confirm it, to my ethernal shame, I also used cheats. Without them, the BOF quest works. Thank you for this information. And I never wanted to criticize anyone, so sorry to anyone offended. Thank you again.

You are right, I have been using fling trainer and with the max rep function deactivated, the game works great. I thought the cheats cannot influence the game functionality, but they do.

So after confirming (no bug at this point!!!), I will close this thread.
