Battle of Pribislavitz

After deleting all existing saves, I finally manage to make it to the final battle and -----lost it. I choose the path in the wood because I believed it to be another path in the wood around the camp which allow you to directly go to the gate of the camp without being spotted or shotted. I was wrong. It was the path through the wood and across a river with enemy archers head on. I tried to draw my bow and shot them, only to be pushed again and again by soldiers on my side. When I finally gave up and moved on with my sword, I found it almost impossible to tell enemies from allies. I finally killed 2 whom I believed to be enemies, but it was too late. And then, the failure video, and then, crash.

So here are my question after this sad story.

1 how should I answer to the question about the path before the battle
2 Is it nomoral to crash after the battle
3 When reporting to the leader after scouting, what different does your answer make
4 how do you manage to tell enemies from allies (that is, except for the cuman which I can tell)
5 any other tips to win these battle

Good questions,
first, no it’s not normal to crash after the battle, but it could happen (crash:2x… works:10x)
Q1) I tested left and middle way but haven’t noticed a big difference.
Q2) No
Q3) Depending to the number of foes, you get more support from Talmberg. Don’t answer 30! There is a bug!
Q4) With drawn sword: If there is the ā€œstarā€, it’s an enemy!
Q5) Don’t start the fight in the night!
If you scout the camp, burn the arrows and poison the food.

3 So how many exactly are there in the bandit camp? And is it simply the more the better?
4 that’s how I do it, but I prefer to shoot the enemies which is much safer( I once actually shoot each and every last of these bandits alone with a bow and some 60 arrows)
5 without s/l it’s a little difficult for me… what different does it make?

3)If you bring too many, it leaves the villages and farms unprotected (Robard says in the conversation immediately prior). This isn’t hollow talk.

  1. All yours are ā€˜neat’ in appearance, even if in light armour. Hostiles are a mix of appearances between neat and ragged, plus of course the Cumans. In the final you see more appropriate separation by heraldry in most of what we have seen.

  2. I tend to approach from the bridge or the left (I have seen a second left approach from the stream in one lets play but wasn’t able to select it in any of my own plays. I have also approached via the woods - here I entered the cuman camp through the stables and took the walls from the inside. It didn’t go very well overall though, and the other options are probably better. If you are at the main field there is a hay-pile near the Cuman gate which can be set on fire, neutralising the fire from the church enclosure, the upper cuman camp wall and maybe the bandit camp gate.

Be careful in the midst of the fight, there is no immunity from injuring friends, nor from being injured by them. Better to work with one ā€˜known friend’ and attack his opponent from the flank or rear, if it is safe to work around.

And another question
6 After this battle, is there anyone else to fight with except the soldiers? Will there be random cuman or bandit to kill?

Will there be random cuman or bandit to kill?

Yes there are some random enemies, but only a few.
And a side quest… Lesson in chivalry(but there is a bug…)

O I don’t want to do that quest… The first time attacked to fast, and hit him three times, and I was considered criminal… The second time I had my lesson and try to slow down and got killed by him… After several times I managed to hit him exactly twice and completed the mission, only to find that after that I can’t walk without pauses and my inventory menu will be closed after a few second, and I can’t ride my horse… And I loaded my save, and, of course, crashed

And where can i find those random enemies

You can find one in the woods between Samopesh and Merhojed. But I found him only 2-3 times…
