Can anyone confirm when you can take the quest to become master huntsman/to help the Talmberg Huntsman? Some say it is the Inn Keeper at the Inn in the Glades and some say it is the Inn Keeper in Talmberg…anyone know who to talk to or when I can take this mission on? Thank you much.

I just want it as early in game as possible so I can stop progressing the story and just sanbox it up and do side stuff…in my experience the game starts to go downhill around halfway through and the further you progress the story the more buggy the game gets so I want to stay in early game state
Already beat it so just need to exhaust side quests and maybe take alternate routs in the story this time…like joining with the bandits when they hunt down Timmy instead of trying to help him lol

Not only halfway through does it get buggy, but I had serious issues with the game not loading in Rattay at all. It was pretty much just Rattay, but I could ride my horse through it before a thing had loaded. Couldn’t do that in early game as everything was loaded just fine.

I had a visit to Rattay late game where the insides, tables chairs chests etc, were loaded but the wall textures were not…so it was like an invisible maze to get to my bed at the mill or to get to the Rathaus in Rattay lol…eventually I left and when I returned stuff was invisible again but spanwned relatively quickly; didnt have that issues again, just bad/undefined textures. But yea, trying to avoid that while still doing Master Huntsman quest line.
Just got it done. Had to wait for Questions and Answers to start but no problems after that. The only issue I had is I got caught stealing the horn so when I went to make Nicholas sign the document he was running from me; had to reload, serve jail time to clear my name and then wait for the jail debuff to wear off for some speech options. Other then that no problem, kidnapping went swimmingly.
I also have complete access to the Huntsman property. No chests, doors or sacks say unlock, steal or rob. All chests are empty on the main floor (no new gear or world chest) but the two chests up stairs one is full of arrows and bows and some froschen and another with Huntsman gear (clothes sword and bow).
