I do constantly see NPCs (guards, wayfarers, etc…) with their hands in their bellies and agonizing, like a huge diarroea coming, urolithiasis or an inflamed/suppurated appendix. I saw like, for days. And after that, lying dead on the ground. I’ve tried to do something to them (besides looting the corpse, of course - mans got to pay his bills) but got no response. Is there something we can do to them? Or just wait and loot? lol.
