I just finished the “Train Hard Fight Easy” quest and spoke with Bernard afterwards about learning master strikes, however he says that I need to get more skill before he’ll teach them to me. I’ve never encountered this in previous playthroughs as he’d teach me right after finishing “Train Hard Fight Easy.” I’m playing on hardcore so is this something that was added with that? What levels do I need my sword, axe, and mace skills to be at in order for Bernard to teach master strikes?
