My work in progress Charisma Build, I can get it to 20 if I want but the as you know Saville Row perk gives charisma if you’ve repaired it yourself. What I want is the best RAW CHARISMA STATS
Is 20 MAX? And if so, I want to know the best tankiest build with 20 Charisma.
Well I don’t really want to know, since its a blast discovering it myself, but it will certainly be tedious since I have to damage and repair the gear to get max charisma. I just want you to share and compare.
I don’t think 20 is the max, I feel like I had it over 20 before but I could be wrong.
Obviously if you want to be tanky you will need plate everything. Maybe not plate legs because you will want noble boots cus they give you a lot of charisma. Get an expensive ring and necklace.
I would also suggest maybe switching out chainmail with a piece of clothing, and making up with the defense loss with an combat coat – those usually give good charisma.
Noble Sword and a fancy shield will also be what you need.
Take the perk that reduces your combat but gives charisma.
