I want buy the game but i hasn`t got paypal i just can use paysafe but is the Beta free?
What do you mean by free exactly?
Beta is included in all packages you can buy right now, so yeah, its free if you buy the game.
But you can´t play beta without ordering a game at the same time, so you can´t really play without paying

The Beta is closed to backers only, you can become a backer by purchasing one of the Editions listed at the link provided below.

Please note that in addition to beta access all of the listed Editions will also come with the final game when finished along with any/all other items detailed in the individual edition descriptions.

Right now, no. Only Paypal and credit cards. Maybe later also Paysafecards, but this is more a kind of long therm planning, nothing in the next months about it. Sorry.
