ok so im doing the on guard quest but it wont let me talk to anyone including the sword master is it a glitch or am i doing something wrong its telling me to get lost
It seems that your reputation is bad in the camp. Did you do any crime in the area? There should be some ways to improve your reputation, at least in the final game. Or you could agree to get imprisoned. Than your rep. should zero itself (you loose both negative and positive reputations). Best option you have is just to start a new game, I think.
BTW, Does anyone know ways to correct reputation in a village where noone wants to talk to you anymore?
- obviously noone would give you any quest, so you cannot improve your rep. by completing quests there.
- noone would barter with you neither so, you would not be able to increase the rep this way too.
So in that case the village would be basically locked until you agree to be imprisoned?
i killed someone but it was apart of the quest i agreed to jail time but they dont have it yet cause its beta i just started a new game

If it’s not a bug there might be several reasons
- low reputation in general (you killed someone, push people too much, entered some houses, stole something)
- low reputation for specific person (entered their house, failed in speech or haggling etc.)
- wrong dress code (really, you can’t talk to soldier dressed as cuman … even being dressed like bandid with bloody axe in the hand won’t help you much)
- you just look suspicious (crouching, no torch in the night, maybe even messing around too long)
How exactly personal stats, skills, dress, crime system works is not disclosed and I believe it will be tuned (it needs too be). It’s quite sad, but doing something cause you need to / was ordered to does not mean it’s not a crime. You can’t be seen killing bandits or lockpicking doors cause some idiot lost his key and asked you to open them.
