now i could install the game, but after installing it crashes with “Failed to launch the game: Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden” roughly: “System cant find required File” whats anegegebene in english, anyone can help?^^

i got the same error. deleted the folder now to wont redownload. it seems to think the installation is still here despite me deleting the folder.
edit. sorted it, used Revo uninstaller.
I’d like an official statement about what’s going on with (steam) keys, this is becoming worst than fort Boyard.

I don’t think it has to get a lot more official than a community manager stating, that as for now, it’s unclear whether or not we’ll get Steam Keys. I’m sure we’ll hear more on that once it’s clear. First time I hear about Steam not giving Steam keys, there was always some trouble from time to time with delays, but eventually they deliver.
If the issue is on warhorse’s side, I’d like them to be transparent.
I really don’t care when I get my key as the game seems to be unplayable with 8GB of RAM, but if I don’t have a Steam key at release day, it’s a major blow to me.
We can not blame Steam on anything here, they have good reasons to do so, acutally, they are helping us a lot. But we have our reasons too. This is not an argue, we are working very close together. 
It has never been promised that backers will get the final game on Steam.
Every time I open the beta launcher, nothing occurs and it get closed immediately, any suggestions?
Indeed not, but every rubbish on kickstarter can do it, so why not a million dollar project ?
Also some have it, so I feel neglicted, it’s normal.
i think they kinda did, they said that the 3 act will join into 1 game on steam - so how will this work on a launcher if i buy the second act in a store or on steam
They are not saying a final NO to steam keys in the future. They just can’t right now. Maybe they will be able to after a few months. I also hope they do.
just go to Warhorse Studios\KCD_Beta\Bin\Win64 and launch KindomCome.exe… this worked for me…

I have no email with a key and when I go to the get the game page it seems to want me to pay again.

Go to the main page. It should look like this here.
Now in the top right corner click on the
Next you have to sign in. It should look like this.
Once you’ve signed in, click on “Go To Your Profile”.
From there on you just have to start the download.

Edit: Well, since you have it on Steam, you probably don’t need to care about the instructions. 
Oh crap! I’m new to steam and finally punched “play” and it responded by telling me that it’s downloading now (but with 4 hours to go - arrrrgggghhhh - stuck on a slow internet connection)
